This 550grm jar of unique spring honey is sourced from hives spread along the un-spoilt Mangatarere Valley at the foot hills of the Tararua Ranges. If stored at room temperature this mildly nutty honey should keep its runny consistency.

Sunset Blue  has a warm, buttery texture with hints of lime and is made with pasteurized cows milk, using vegetable rennet.

Fresh pasteurised milk straight from the farm. 1 litre.
